I'm completing an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence at NJIT (one course remaining) with a background in full-stack web development, STEM education, and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from UC Davis. That combination — scientific training, teaching experience, and engineering practice — gives me a different lens on AI problems than most candidates.

My graduate work spans computer vision, NLP, and robotics. Recent projects include fine-tuning YOLOv8 for drone detection with a Kalman filter tracking pipeline (F1: 0.91), and fine-tuning DistilBERT for multi-class sentence classification on biomedical abstracts. I also hold an Applied Data Science certification from MIT Professional Education.

I'm actively available for full-time roles in AI/ML engineering, applied research, and AI-integrated product development. I'm also exploring founding a company building AI-powered edge devices — think handheld scanners, personal drones, and embedded AI systems.
